1. Maisha Asset Finance Loan
This product offers ready-made solutions to firms in need of money to purchase moveable assets. One can qualify for up to Ksh 3 million, which is payable over 36 months.
2. Maisha Akiba Loan
This product addresses short-term liquidity issues. Your deposit in a Savings Account or a Fixed Deposit Account secures it. You can qualify for up to Ksh 3 million in 12 months.
3. Maisha Check-Off Loan
This product is intended for personal development needs of individual staff members of institutions with which Maisha Microfinance has an MOU, i.e. government employees, TSC, and Civil Servants. Within 36 hours, the loan is processed and disbursed. You can qualify for up to Ksh 1 million in 12 months.
4. Maisha Development Loan
This loan product is intended for anyone with building, housing completion, or renovation needs. One can qualify for up to Ksh 3 million in 12 months.

5. Maisha Plot Purchase Loan
It is intended for those wishing to purchase land or plots with ready title deeds. One can qualify for up to Ksh 3 million in 12 months.
6. Maisha’s Salary Loan
This loan is intended for employed people whose salaries are deposited with Maisha Microfinance Bank. One can qualify for up to Ksh 150,000 in 12 months. Within 12 hours, the loan is processed and disbursed.
