Nokia was one of the best technology companies in the world. With millions of phone users using their Symbian-based operating system, they revolutionalized the mobile industry.
That was before iPhone was launched in 2007 bringing in the age of touch screen phones. And Android-based smartphones following shortly after at around 2009 that was marketed to big companies struggling in the market like Samsung.
These have since then, in the 2010s made the once tech giant, a big flop. Probably due to complacency and poor governance.
