National Schools are considered the best institutions one can join upon completion of primary school education. This is because these schools, unlike others lying in the lower levels, are adequately equipped with all the requirements spanning across all sectors including academics and co-curricular activities. Each of the 47 Counties in Kenya has at least one national school located in it and a tier of Extra County Schools which just come after National Schools.
