The Jubilee Insurance Company of Kenya, commonly referred to as Jubilee Insurance, is a Kenyan insurance company, in a country with the largest economy in the East African Community.
The Insurance Regulatory Authority has licensed Jubilee as one of 56 insurance companies in Kenya. With over 450,000 clients, the company was founded in Kenya in 1937 and is now the largest Composite Insurer in East Africa.
Jubilee Holdings recently coughed up Ksh 1.1 Billion in the purchase of Coca-Cola East Africa’s former headquarters in Nairobi’s Upper Hill, with plans underway to relocate its headquarters there in September 2022.

The property, which occupies 3.2 acres had been on the market for more than two years. After relocating to a new building in Lavington, Coca-Cola announced the sale of the property in July 2019.
Jubilee claims that the newly acquired property’s expansion and renovation will allow it to accommodate its operations. An amphitheater will be built as part of the upgrade.
