1. St Paul’s University
St Pauls’s University is one of the few universities offering sign language courses in Kenya. The Diploma in Kenyan Sign Language Interpretation program at St Paul’s University prepares students to converse with and interpret for deaf people.

2. Kenya Institute of Special Education
Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) is a Ministry of Education semi-autonomous government institution. A certificate course in Kenyan sign language is available. Applicants must have a minimum KCSE grade of D+ or its equivalent to be considered for the course.

3. Thika Technical Training Institute
A basic course in Kenya Sign Language at TTTI takes 3 months to complete. Evening classes are available from 5.30 to 7.30 from Monday to Thursday. Entry requirements include a D and above in KCSE and required school fees paid in time.
4. Rifkins College
A Certificate in Kenyan Sign Language is offered by Rifkins College. KSL theory, KSL grammar, KSL fingerspelling skills, challenges of interpretation, interpretation programs, KSL expression, and observation skills are all covered in this course.

5. Horizon Sign Language Training CentreĀ
Horizon Sign Language Training Centre is dedicated to providing two distinct groups with high-quality, competitive, and inexpensive Kenyan sign language training.
